Data Deletion Request

Use this page to explain how users and organizations may request account or data deletion.

Individual Requests

A user may submit a request from the email address associated with the account. Identity and authority may need to be verified.

Organization-Controlled Data

Some athlete, result, invoice, or payment records may be controlled by the governing body, team, or meet organization and may be subject to contractual or legal retention requirements.

Request Process

Email [email protected] with the subject “MeetAdvance Data Deletion Request” and include the account email, organization, and requested action.

Retention Exceptions

MeetAdvance may retain records required for security, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, legal compliance, disputes, or official competition history.
