Official Results

MeetAdvance supports post-results workflows and does not replace the designated official timing, scoring, or governing-body system of record unless expressly agreed in writing.

Payments and Fees

Entry fees, platform charges, refunds, disputes, payout timing, and governing-body responsibilities will be defined in applicable service agreements and payment policies.

Account Responsibility

Organizations are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, maintaining accurate information, and protecting login credentials.

Availability

MeetAdvance may be updated, interrupted, or modified as necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, and service improvement.
