MeetAdvance is sold to the organization responsible for the work. Participating teams, coaches, parents, athletes, timing operators, protest officials, and awards staff are included without separate seat fees.

For a meet host or Meet Director operating one meet or championship workflow.

For a regional organization coordinating multiple meets and participating clubs.

Clubs and teams can participate in qualifier decisions, invoice visibility, payment-status visibility, and awards workflows when their meet or region uses MeetAdvance.
Controlled pilot
A first regional pilot can be structured at $0–$500 depending on scope and strategic value. The goal is to measure the operational fit, not maximize first-event revenue.
